"Drop a Jean Size" Fitness with Support and
Motivation From a Busy Woman Just Like YOU!

Your health and fitness progress is really not about perfection it’s about getting up every single day, even when you do not want to, and giving it your all! It's about remembering your goals, and being consistent every day. Today is Day 21 of The 21 Day Fix Extreme for me. I start Round 2 on Monday!

I definitely improved from the previous weeks!  I completed every workout last week.  I not only pushed myself to not just be comfortable with the weights that I was lifting, but I really dug down deep and increased every single weight I was using.  In return I was sore, I felt accomplished and my body was finally feeling back on track.

The first few days of cutting out sugar and processed foods was hard.  Headaches, fatigue and irritability were among the few withdrawal symptoms I was feeling.  This just affirms that eating clean is the way our bodies were intended to eat.

Today I spent the morning prepping my meals for the week. If there is one thing I have learned, it is that being prepared is the key to being fit and healthy. Here's my meal plan for the upcoming week:

There is approximately 12 weeks until June 1st.  This is the unofficial start of summer break, of the warmer weather and vacation season!  We get to wear shorts, tank tops, sundresses and of course… the dreaded bathing suit!  Have you been to the stores lately? If so, then you already see the summer clothes & swimsuits hanging on the racks. Some of us are still dealing with record breaking snow piles and ice dams!

Yesterday I made the CLASSIC mistake of trying on a pair of shorts and a swimsuit and almost died at the paleness of my winter body!  It's the stark reality that summer is coming whether we want to acknowledge it or not.  So it's time to prepare!

No, it's not too early. In fact NOW is the perfect time. Every time you question whether or not you should make healthier choices, you should do that workout or stay away from the dessert tray go and try on that bathing suit and remind yourself that every choice matters in the end.  12 weeks is not really that long and it takes 21 days to create a new habit, 8 weeks to really see that change and 12 weeks for others to notice!  So by making the commitment to start now you can really make progress by the time you hit June!!!  If you wait until May 1st to transform your body, you are going to be really frustrated when it doesn't happen as fast as you would like! Take it from experience PLEASE and trust me on this one!  You don't want to wait!  

I am getting ready to kick off my ""Drop a Jean Size" Fitness Support and Accountability Group on the 16th of March and another group again in April. My goal is get as many women ready for summer without stressing out, without feeling restricted and honestly making this more of a lifestyle change that a true diet. I want to show you how to fit in exercise with your already overflowing to do list and make the meal planning,the food preparation as painless as possible.

As a busy, working, mom of two… I totally know how crazy life is!  Commuting to my full time job, helping with 1st Grade & 4th Grade homework, taking them to gymnastics, singing lessons, art class, swimming lessons, playdates... plus doing laundry, cleaning the floors and doing the dishes.There is never an end to the list. And there is never enough MOMMY time in the day!

So it’s time to package it neatly into a little ball of awesomeness!  Lets just start with 21 days! Can you commit to 21 days?  30 minute workouts, a daily accountability check in to our online closed FB Group.
